Job Title: Delivery Driver

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for delivering catering orders to Qdoba customers in a safe, timely and courteous manner so as to impart a professional impression of our brand and thereby encourage future catering orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Loads and delivers catering orders to Qdoba customers in a safe, timely and courteous manner; sets up catering orders according to required specifications; provides a high level of customer service through duration of

• Prepares and/or receives appropriate documentation for the catering delivery; arrives at restaurant 30 minutes prior to all scheduled delivery times and confirms order checklist prior to leaving As needed, places confirmation call to customer to verify special delivery instructions

 EDUCATION

• High school diploma, E.D. or equivalent required.

 EXPERIENCE

• Previous related food delivery or customer service experience is

• Must be well groomed, maintain a clean uniform and possess a professional image at all
• Requires geographic knowledge of the delivery area and the ability to follow both written and verbal directions to locate customer

• Must have the ability to work independently and possess excellent organizational and time management
• Must have a valid driver license, in-force and legally compliant liability vehicle insurance and reliable

• Must meet the minimum requirements of a motor vehicle and criminal background
